Raymond John Schoer (Non Executive Chairman)
KRSS, BA (Admin), FCPA, FAICD, FClM
Mr Schoer is the Chairman of QRSciences Ltd and is a director of Pluton Resources Ltd, Ferngrove Vineyards Ltd and Australian Commercial Property Management Ltd. Mr Schoer was formerly National Director of the Australian Stock Exchange, a Member of the Experts' Committee to the OECD Committee on Financial Markets, and Chairman of the Steering Committee and of the Consultative Committee of the lnternational Organisation of Securities Commissions. Mr Schoer has also previously held the positions of Chief Executive of the National Companies and Securities Commission, Secretary to the Commonwealth/State Ministerial Council for Companies and Securities as well as holding senior positions in several government departments including the Australian Treasury.
In 1985, Mr Schoer received the Cambridge University Certificate of Merit for distinguished service to the community, in 1991 the BRW-Alcatel Australian Business Leader of the year award for outstanding achievements in Accounting and in 2008 was made a Knight of the Royal Order of the Kingdom of Sulu and Sabah in recognition of his achievements personally and in the field of business, industry and public governance. |

George Wang (Deputy Chairman)
Mr Wang founded AIMS Financial Group in 1991 and as CEO, he is directly involved in all aspects of the AIMS group of businesses both in Australia and China. Mr Wang is an appointed advisor for a number of Chinese Government bodies including the position of Deputy President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. In Australia, Mr Wang is the President of the Australia-China Finance & Investment Council. Mr Wang is also the Chairman/CEO of AIMS Financial Group at present. |

James Tong (Managing Director)
Mr Tong brings more than 25 years experience in the financial markets, including over 22 years with BNP Paribas (formerly Banque Nationale de Paris) group in Australia and New Zealand. Mr Tong held many senior positions in banking, merchant banking, investment banking and stockbroking. He was the founding Managing Director/CEO of BNP Paribas Equities (Aust) Limited and BNP Paribas Equities Group (Aust) Limited and was Head of Equities for BNP Paribas Australia & NZ. Mr Tong is also the Chairman of the Advisory Board of AIMS Financial Group at present. |

Greg Bundy (Vice Chairman)
Mr Bundy has two decades of experience in investment banking, stockbroking and funds management. Until recently, he was Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific with responsibility for all capital market accounts from Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and China, to Australia. Joining Merrill Lynch in 1984 after graduating from Yale University, Mr Bundy's roles have included head of US equity trading, Managing Director of International Equities and Chief Operating Officer of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. As well as a wealth of experience in all aspects of the Australian and US capital marketplaces, Mr Bundy brings experience in Asia. Mr Bundy is also the Vice Chairman of AIMS Financial Group at present. |

James Eric Barr (Non Executive Director)

Mr Barr is a Chartered Accountant who retired as an audit partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers following 20 years experience as a partner at PwC and predecessor firm, Price Waterhouse. He is a former Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Victoria and a National Councillor. He was previously a Price Waterhouse representative at Urgent Issues Group meetings. Mr Barr has held directorships with various public, private and non-profit companies.
He is currently a non-executive director on the US Board of a US publicly listed company with Australian activities with responsibility as Chairman of the US Audit Committee and the US Conflicts Committee. |
