Following shareholders’ approval, today Australia Pacific Exchange Limited officially changed its legal name to Asia Pacific Exchange Limited. However, the brand name “APX” is unchanged and retained for continuous use.
In commenting on the change, Mr James Tong, Managing Director of APX said “the change of the legal name and the retention of the brand name, demonstrates APX’s commitment to our existing strategy and our will to pursue our longer term ambition. That is, being a leading player in the Asia Pacific region with a strong initial focus on China.”
