Market Supervision Committee
The MSC independently monitors APX’s role as market regulator and ensures that APX are conducting to the best of their abilities a fair, clear and transparent market.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee provides assistance to the Board of Directors in fulfilling its corporate governance and oversight responsibilities in relation to APX's financial reporting, internal control structure, and the internal and external audit functions.
Quotation Committee
This committee is In place to monitor the market listees on the exchange. It oversee’s everything listee based, from granting admission to the official list, to ensuring that once listed the listee complies with all the provisions of the Listees Listing Standards.
Quotation Appeals Committee
This committee oversees the appeals of decisions made by APX and the Quotation Committee. The committee is authorised to have full power and the exclusive right to hear appeals against decisions of APX on lodgement of a notice of appeal.
Adjudicatory Tribunal
In place to monitor the market participants involved in the exchange. They oversee entrance criteria and monitoring compliance of participants with the APX Business Rules.
Appeals Tribunal
This tribunal overseas the appeals of decisions made by the Adjudicatory Tribunal.The Committee is authorised to have full power and the exclusive right to hear appeals against decisions of APX on lodgement of a notice of appeal.
Each Committee is set up with a Terms of Reference and the purpose of these Terms is to:
- Establish the independent committee;
- Delegate to the Committee certain powers of the company arising from the relevant market rules;
- Give effect to the requirements of the Conflict Management Plan; and
- Outline the key administrative aspects of the operation of the Committee.
