Mr Barr is a Chartered Accountant who retired as an audit partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers following 20 years experience as a partner at PwC and predecessor firm, Price Waterhouse. He is a former Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Victoria and a National Councillor. He was previously a Price Waterhouse representative at Urgent Issues Group meetings. Mr Barr has held directorships with various public, private and non-profit companies.
He is currently a non-executive director on the US Board of a US publicly listed company with Australian activities with responsibility as Chairman of the US Audit Committee and the US Conflicts Committee.

George Wang is the founder and Executive Chairman of AIMS Financial Group (www.aims.com.au), an Australian diversified financial services and investment group with interests in mortgage lending; funds management; securitization; stockbroking; investment banking; and property and high-tech investment in Australia, China and Singapore.
Mr Wang is an active participant in both the Australian and Chinese financial services industries. He is the President of the Australia-China Finance & Investment Council. As the President of Australia-China Finance & Investment Council, Mr Wang has been laying the foundation for the financial bridge between Australia and China for many years, closely following the development of the Chinese financial sector, and at the same time building a professional team. Mr Wang is an appointed advisor for a number of Chinese Government bodies including the position of Deputy President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
Peter RollasonNon Executive Director
Peter is a senior finance professional and business strategist whose experience includes leadership of a highly successful Australian finance company. He was also a partner in Deloitte Australia where he practiced in the national banking and securities sector, taking on the role of lead adviser on buy and sell-side M&A transactions, capital raising and securitisation facilities. He also has extensive Asian regional experience gained with global institutions and is well-versed in the commercial application of technology in finance, operations, marketing and business development.

Mr Liu has worked in Sydney, New York and Singapore as a lawyer for Allen Allen & Hemsley (Allens Linklaters) and investment banker for Merrill Lynch & Co (Bank of America Merrill Lynch) and Citi. Mr Liu acted as Financial Advisor to Government of Singapore in the demutualisation and merger of Singapore Stock Exchange and Singapore International Monetary Exchange and initial public offering of Singapore Exchange. Mr Liu has held leadership role in Barito Pacific Holdings, a holder of controlling interests in IDX listed companies. Mr Liu’s interests are now China directed.
Mr Liu is a Non-executive Director of Sydney Stock Exchange and Director of Cranbrook Foundation. Formerly, Mr Liu held non-executive and executive board and committee appointments on entities listed on SGX and IDX. Unlisted appointments have included Councillor of The University of Sydney Power Institute Foundation.
Mr Liu holds Bachelor Degrees in Law and Economics (The University of Sydney), Master of Business Administration (Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University) and Fellowship of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He has led entities across various industries including energy, retailing, manufacturing and private equity in a number of geographical locations, including Australia, US, UK, Netherlands, Ireland, China, Hong Kong and South-East Asia.
Tony SacreChief Executive Officer
Mr. Tony Sacre has over 25 years’ experience within the financial markets and banking sectors. Mr. Sacre has spent significant time working in international financial markets, and brings a substantial degree of experience in transacting with Asian businesses. Mr. Sacre joins us most recently from ANZ, where he was one of the leaders of the International Business Origination function, focusing on creating a financial bridge and framework between Australian and Asian corporates.
Prior his time at ANZ, Mr. Sacre has held senior leadership roles as General Manager at Commonwealth Bank, Head of International Banking at Bank of Sydney and Global Head of Sales at AME Group. Over his career Mr. Sacre has also worked at National Australia Bank, Duke Energy, HSBC New York and JP Morgan. Mr. Sacre has a MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, is a Certified Practicing Accountant, and has a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology. Mr. Sacre has also lectured in several financial markets subjects at Kaplan, and has a keen interest in the financial education sector.
